The youngest paramilitary attack victim since GFA signing as hundreds of children injured
- An FoI has shown there have been 564 young people aged 18 and under injured in paramilitary style attacks between April 10, 1998 and February 13, 2023.
- The youngest victim is nine years old, who suffered injuries to their ribcage with an unknown weapon.
- 38.8% of these 564 people were shot with injuries resembling a “punishment shooting.”
